Refund policy

Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or size changes after an order is placed — please double-check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@makealiensgreatagain.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

**Wrong Item Received**
If we sent you the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we'll ship the correct item at no charge.

**Lost Packages**
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll investigate.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit (never shows as delivered), we'll reship or refund in full.

**Cancellations**
Orders can sometimes be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has usually begun and we can't cancel.
